this made the rounds in early teaparty days.. it's an interesting study
the 1st watch is pretty inspirational, i remember the trashing the 'isms' being inspirational and the patriotic tone of the delivery, and more i'm not remembering now. there was a couple things through it that gave me a 'what was that' moment though, and then the final scene (parading in celebration in front of Lincoln Memorial) cemented my curiosity enough to watch it a couple more times with my analyst hat on. Sure enough...
the 2nd and 3rd watches were much different. I haven't watched it in years but the parts i remember standing out were;
. exalting nationwide homogenized central government schools, a homogenized citizenry - and i think other centralized authority agencies
. what i remember most though explained the final scene and why it piqued my curiosity enough to watch again = after the feel-good introductory it focused on demonizing a whole bunch of states-rights issues, literally, with a giant blue demon. It's primary message was much different after further revue.. it's essentially a celebration of Lincoln and the 14th amendment destroying the distributed authority design for our country the founders provided within the constitution and celebrating the centralized authority era the 14th amendment codified into the constitution.
deceptive indoctrination even way back then...
Larry, I was hoping a good patriot such as yourself would chime in, you did and I appreciate. The reason that I titled the steam as I did was my kick out of was much like what you posted.
HHHmmm... Larry, you make me think!
