Judge Andrew Napolitano sounded off today after we learned that the IT specialist who set up Hillary Clinton's private email server invoked the Fifth Amendment more than 125 times during a 90-minute, closed-door deposition on Wednesday. 

Bryan Pagliano was said to be working off an index card and read the same crafted statement each time a question was asked by a Judicial Watch official. 

The group is suing the State Department for access to Clinton's emails under the Freedom of Information Act.
