Yeah...good ole FDR. On the one hand he gave a speech warning the country that govt programs / entitlements would be an adictive drug and a cancer and w/ the other hand he signs the SocSec Act into law.
And the GOPee-ons also kissed our country goodbre by ALWAYS going along w/ the pro-socialists (progressives) (. sigh)

Viewing a video directly from youtube is totally differemt than from facebook. I don't need an acc't to access youtube as I would w/ facebook. That's all.
And it isn't that you didn't know I didn't use facebook. I had said so way back in TPP. You simply forgot. :)
When it comes to the internet just about everybody develops some sort of memory loss. Example: Just look at how repititive I've been on the topics of the OVERspending; a balanced budget and the ponzi scheme that is SocSec. And, dispite the evidence I present to redunncy, most act as if they never "knew" that; or just REFUSE to accept the FACTS. Hell, during the 2012 campaigns, every time I called for candidates to call for SocSec reform - there was always somebody that would reply how "this wasn't the time" to bring that up! And that came from so called "Conservative" members on "tp" or "912" sites. And there were MANY f them! "Thinking" it isn't an adictive cancer is NOT going to make tihings better AT ALL! ,
"People are still preoccupied with putting the best candidate in office that will clean the cabal swamp."
No doubt. It's that superhero / one-man-band mentality that will eventually finish us off as a nation.
As for the SCOTUS, like the crazed monkeys that they are, the dems are throwing their do-do at every single prospect on DT's list - only because it's HIS list.
Then there's the red-dyed monkeys like Susan Collins (ME) and Lisa Murkowski (AK). Make n mistake, folks. These are McCain and Flake...in SKIRTS. These will fall inline w/ the blue monkeys and emphasize on Rowe v Wade.
Imo, the candidate should NOT fall for the trap by committing to any position; or by making any pledges. Their position should be just one:
"I will adhere to, and abide by, the laws of the US Constitution. All my decisions will be measured by that manner as it is stated in the Oath."
But it will NOT be good enough for any of those monkeys in DC. Including ME and AK.
rI don't see that big of a problem with Cruz on Lee as long as they support the Constitution.
I have been dissapoinedt big time with Sessions. He should have been hauling some of these people to court.
here it is Am..
but yeah, I'm thinking 'problems' as well.. each click is taking at least 30 seconds (+ more) for all the code attachments to load.
No need for Susie to worry about it, she has enough on her plate already.
!! Agree w/dat !! - plus - there's so many points of failure in the internet that can be a problem it's not practical to 1st assume problems are a site problem.
- I read a headline a day or 2 ago about Comcast having internet backbone problems, which probably explained why Breitbart was unavailable for a while. :~} <-- it wasn't Brietbart's fault, but I bet they saw it as a problem
Luis, Larry, AM and ALL members,
Yes, there has always been a quirk when it comes to replies in this category. This Steam Room discussion is just that -- believe it or not- this is one huge discussion!! All I did to create this discussion was to give a "category" a navigation tab so it appears to stand alone as a forum. If you notice replies show as replies to Suzie's discussion...So, in essence, you are replying to replies...
I do have some concern as to how many replies this discussion will accept! It may stop!! This discussion has had 54,762 views alone and 508 pages of content. Most entire websites are not that large!!! slllooowwwwssss load time!
There are many items on the site that cause the site to load slowly, I try to keep all Static info. above the page fold, but even this many replies load slow...
Sorry, there is not much I can do about it!!! I appreciate your patience with the many quirks on site...
BTW- I did open the Education pages that were put together by outstanding members who worked very hard to create all that info... and I have asked Mangus to drop by to reply to your "discussions"...
Hope this helps!
thanx Susie... not complaining, try not to do that as a guest plus - software makes my brain scream and eyes cross so I'm just glad I'm not trying to do it ;' /
Hope your INDEPENDENCE Day is great, are you on the road for it?
No... I did not see any complaints... just thought I would explain how the page operates..because it really could just die one of these days...
Won't be on the road over the 4th... Just a simple BBQ with our kids... Hope your Independence Day is awesome!
And in reply to below, I think some cops are being told to stand down because higher-ups are afraid...
Antifa attacked the Patriot Prayer rally in Portland again, and in response PP's rally permit was revoked, WTH??. I've read that 4 antifa were arrested but for already outstanding issues, not for the attack, WTH??. I've read that antifa said 24 hours beforehand they'd be attacking the PP rally, why isn't that premeditated assault and battery on the whole bunch?? I've also read that DHS conveniently removed barriers that were in place to deter such an attack... WTH???
it's bizarro world all around us,
"I've read that antifa said 24 hours beforehand they'd be attacking the PP rally, why isn't that premeditated assault and battery on the whole bunch??"
Oooooh yeah. It's an attack on a faithbased rally at that. Which makes it an infringement on our 1stA rights to assemble and of religious expression.
But, to answer your question, "why?", well, you already gave us the answer. It's PORTLAND!
And, just like when Steve Scalise was shot by a HARD leftist, the media will continue to bury these accounts. Unless they can be connected to someone on the "right". Be it factual...or not.
